This notice covers the public ParkPower website. Individual property portals provide their own organisation-specific privacy information.

Information this website receives

The public website is delivered as static content and does not ask for a ParkPower password. Standard server logs may contain an IP address, browser information, requested page and timestamp for security and reliability purposes.

Website analytics

ParkPower uses a self-hosted Matomo service to understand aggregate page visits, referral sources, device categories and website performance. Matomo is configured without analytics cookies, respects browser Do Not Track settings and is not used for advertising or cross-site profiling. Its collection endpoints are delivered through this website so the private analytics server is not exposed directly to visitors.

If you choose to accept analytics cookies, this website also uses Google Analytics to help ParkPower understand general website use and which content is useful. Google Analytics is not loaded until you accept, and advertising and personalised advertising features are not enabled. You can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the website footer.

Contacting ParkPower

If you contact ParkPower by email, we use the information you provide to respond to the enquiry and retain it only as needed for that business conversation and applicable record-keeping requirements.

ParkPower services

Resident, billing, payment and metering information is handled within the relevant organisation's ParkPower service under its applicable privacy information and authorised access controls.
